Smile Design
Smile design is an analysis of the tooth design that will be most appropriate for aesthetics to the mouth and facial anatomy of a person. The ideal smile should be evaluated as the harmony of teeth, lips, and face. For this, your dentist will first check your compliance with the smile design criteria and then design your special smile after identifying the problematic areas. The horizontal and vertical alignment of the pupils and teeth, the symmetry of the anterior teeth, the alignment of the smile line, the gum line appearing at the smile, the smile width, the natural and triangular space between the tip of the teeth called the embrasure and the proportions of the teeth themselves and the face are the criteria of smile design.
Smile analysis also assesses the patient’s age, anticipations, and physical characteristics, and a decision is given by the dentist and the person according to the final result. Alternative treatments are offered to the patient, such as orthodontic treatment, laminate veneer composite veneer gingival aesthetics treatments zirconium, porcelain crowns and the treatment will begin.
Home Bleaching
In this method which you will apply at home firstly, your dentist will get an impression of your teeth and prepare thin, transparent silicone molds. These molds should be applied by bleaching medicine given by your physician, preferably 6-8 hours during sleep. At home, this method of tooth whitening will give you the best results in 1 to 2 weeks.
Office Bleaching
In this method of tooth whitening applied by your dentist in the clinical setting, the teeth are initially supplied with hydrogen peroxide whitening gel. The dense light source allows the gel to be activated and whitens the teeth. You will get instant and effective results. There are various bleaching agents, and the permanence of whiteness depends entirely on the quality of the material and the plasma light source.
Porcelain Fillings
Aesthetic and porcelain fillings, which play an important role in aesthetic dentistry, are used in place of composite filling materials which are frequently used in the treatment of decayed teeth. Particularly porcelain fillings are preferred because of the aesthetic and durability of teeth with high loss of material, the reduction of secondary caries formation due to high compliance, and the support of the remaining solid tissues of the tooth. After the decayed parts of the problematic tooth are cleaned, they are gauged and attached to the teeth after they are prepared with CEREC technology.
Porcelain Fillings;
- Harmonized with teeth
- The same color and aesthetic appearance as the natural teeth.
- Very solid and they support the remaining walls of the tooth.
- Their surface glaze is better than other fillings
- The contact with the side teeth can be set at the desired level.
