Penile Curvature Treatment

Penile curvature treatment is a surgical intervention aimed to correct the curvature of the penis. Generally, the penis should lie flat at a 90-degree angle to the body, in the curvature of the penis, the organ stands in the left-right-down-up directions which indicates that this is a problem. This problem, which does not stand at a right angle to the body and expresses as the curvature of the penis, may be congenital or develop as a result of different health problems or traumas in the region in later years.

Congenital penis curvature is often identified as a problem in the basic anatomical structure. When we examine the penis, there are 2 spongy tissues that provide erection and other spongy tissues that it is defined as the urinary tract. Penis Elongation Surgery

When we look at the normal anatomical structure of the penis, we observe that approximately one-third of the penis is inside of the body. Penis elongation surgery is based on the principle of bringing out the part that’s remaining inside. In this surgery, the integrity of the penis is not impaired, what is actually done is to advance the existing surrounding tissue to the base and expose the penis. Penis enlargement or penis elongation that we can say in this operation, either the penile suspensory ligament is cut or liposuction is performed, or both.

In liposuction application, the fat layer around the penis is taken with liposuction, in this case, the skin tissue is approached to the base of the penis with sutures made and the penis is released by cutting the penile suspensory ligaments. The aim here is to bring out the hardening penis tissue from inside the body.

There are many factors that ensure the erectness of the penis. Although most people think the hanging ligament is associated with the upright erection of the penis, this is not true. The suspensory ligament only ensures that the penis is at the center of the pelvis and aligned with it. When sufficient suspensory ligament cutting is done in penis enlargement surgery, the penis is elongated as a result of relaxation but no problems related to falling are faced. In penis enlargement surgery, we cut 80% of the suspensory ligament. With this up-to-date technique, we don’t cause any loss to the ability to handle the penis by providing enough attachment during sexual intercourse without separating the penis from the pelvis.
