Thus, the implant and the porcelain tooth replacing the missing tooth can easily be used without any difference from the patient’s own tooth.

Today, thanks to new and technological materials, implant applications can be made much easier, painless, and faster.

In recent years, 99% of success rate is reached in dental implants thanks to the SLA Active surface.

The latest innovation in dental implants is; flapless, or seamless implant application technique. In the flapless technique, an implant is applied without cutting the gums and without sewing. Thanks to this latest innovation, implant application time lasts approximately 5-10 minutes.

Who Can Get Implant Done?

It can be applied to any patient who has completed growth development that does not carry a risk of infection or bleeding due to chronic diseases. The implant can be applied to all kinds of missing teeth.

Stages of Implant Treatment

1-    Planning: The bone structure, amount, quality of the bone, and the anatomical structure of the region of the patient to be implanted are examined by radiological and intraoral examination. Treatment protocols are planned and the patient is informed.

2-    Implant surgery application: Depending on the surgical procedure and duration of application to the patient, the general or local anesthesia is also decided considering the patient’s request. After all the surgical sterile conditions are met for implant placement, implant cavities are prepared and implants are placed in the defined jaw bone area. Implants are sutured over and covered, and the recovery process varies from case to case between 1.5 months to 4 months.

3-    Recovery Process: The stitches either melt or removed within 1 week. During this process, it is recommended to use oral care and mouthwash to prevent bacterial growth on the stitches.

4-    Construction of Prosthesis: The closing screws placed on the implants are opened at the end of the waiting period and the same measure is taken during the same session. Porcelain teeth can be made within 30 minutes – 1 day by CEREC depending on the teeth. In cases where porcelain teeth have to be made with the classical method, the teeth are made and the treatment is completed within 3-4 days.
